The developer and publisher of Outlast (Inclusive Whistleblower) is Red Barrels. It was released in May 6, 2014.

In Whistleblower, you'll play as Waylon Park, a software engineer under contract with Murkoff and the man who emailed journalists around the world - including Miles - at the beginning of Outlast.

Following a few weeks at Mount Massive, during which he could not communicate with his wife and son due to strict security protocols, Waylon developed a deep distrust for the profit-driven scientists and doctors conducting dangerous and irresponsible experiments on their patients.

As Waylon identified with their plight, he was furious, setting the tone for his unravelling of Mount Massive.
